For the love of fine food

Gilli has since 1968 been a byword for high-quality sweet and savoury snacks, biscuits and baked goods. A South Tyrolean family business, we combine passion, the strength of innovation and a sense of responsibility with the precious knowledge of ingredients and recipes passed from generation to generation.

Gilli is your number one partner when it comes to top-quality baked and speciality goods: our products combine know-how, nature and loving care.

Gilli stands for good taste, good food and goodness that comes from and reaches out to the heart.

Moments to savour

For a sweet start to the day, a crispy break, or something to nibble on among friends: Gilli has a tasty treat for any time of day. Or turns the moment into something special… Moments to savour – that is the Gilli motto. Your enjoyment is Gilli’s passion!

Selected ingredients

Gilli products – good taste tastes good! Natural, high-quality ingredients that guarantee an authentic, full flavour.

“We only use carefully selected ingredients: from the grain to the butter we use, we demand the very best for our products!”
Herbert Gilli

High quality since 1968

As a family business, Gilli combines our forebears’ pioneering spirit and their familiarity with the best ingredients and recipes with the inventiveness of the current generation. A constant across the years, however, has been our passion for quality, our sense of corporate responsibility and awareness of our surroundings.

Picture this: 300 days of sunshine a year. Sounds pretty good, right?  We’re lucky enough that our company’s location just happens to enjoy that many days of sunshine. We’re based at the heart of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, surrounded by fresh air, lush green forests, unspoilt mountains and crystal-clear lakes. And our regional unity is reflected in our range of select specialties.
